Vacation Village lots are now available for purchase in both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Vacation Village is the first of our RV resort master planned communities. It is a gated community, for ages 55 and over. [Federal Fair Housing Laws enable 20% of the lots to be owned by younger persons.]
Each offers deeded lots, available for purchase at prices ranging all the way from $25,000 to $68,000, depending on lot size, location, and scenic view. In addition to your RV, you can build a “casita” (small house or shed) on your lot. In Phase 1, power pedestals provide 100 amp electric service, meeting any need you might have for your RV and “casita”. Power pedestals in Phase 2 can be upgraded to provide 200 amp service at an additional cost.
The lots in both phases of Vacation Village are completely equipped with city water and sewer, electric service, and optional telephone, cable and natural gas utilities. They are ready for your own personal design and landscaping touches.
We offer 2 unique, and very special “bargain” opportunities:
1 – We offer discounts for purchases of more than one lot, if you are interested in having a larger site – perhaps for the construction of a larger outbuilding or if you simply want extra space .
2 – If you purchase a lot in Vacation Village and then wish to move to another, larger lot anywhere in the Resort – you get priority choice on any available lot, plus full credit for the amount you previously paid for your original lot(s). An important note –Vacation Village (shown in sections D and E on this web site) is just the initial RV section of the resort. It is scheduled to be followed by four additional sites (see F, G, H, and I) elsewhere as the Resort is developed.

Vacation Village – Phase I
Benson RV Park zoning specifies: Only one RV on a lot. Setbacks 15’ from front, 5’ from sides, 10’ from back. Not more than 45% of a lot may be under “cover” [Basic RV unit, shed, awning, etc are all “cover”. ] No residing in shed (casita). Lots – which may include Park Models – must meet all the following requirements: They must be a minimum of 2400 square feet, and must be at least 40-feet wide and at least 60-feet deep.
