Consisting of approximately 12 acres, largely along the Interstate 10 frontage road, this area is set aside for commercial interests primarily associated with outdoor recreational activities – RV/Golf Cart Dealers, RV Supplies & Services; the various services, equipment, and “toys” for seasonal travelers and vacationers. Of course, commercial interests here are not limited to these types, but it is expected that these will be of greatest interest to our freeway passers-by.
