-Vacation Village 1 is the first Phase of our RV accommodations for seasonal visitors/residents to this spectacular region of the desert southwest! It is a gated community, for ages 55 and over. [Federal Fair Housing Laws enable 20% of the lots to be owned by younger persons.]

Each is a deeded lot, available for purchase at prices ranging from $40,000 to $55,000. Depending on lot size, you can build a “casita” (small house or shed) on your property. 100 amp electric service can be included in your power pedestal – meeting any need you might have for your “shed.” [City Code in Benson for RV sites requires 1500 square feet of lot space for an RV (trailers, motor homes, 5th Wheels, and Park Trailers; 2400 square feet for Park Models.]
