FINANCING DETAILS

We can provide financing on your lot purchase according to your credit rating and amount that is paid down as follows:

  • a 3-year or 5-year loan with amortization options

  • our 777 Special Plan is also available =  $7,000 down, @7% interest, 7 years

Rates for the 3-year and 5-year plans with amortization options are:

With the 3-year plan, buyers may pay off the loan balance within the 3-year period, or pay off sooner with no prepayment penalty.   As an alternative, buyers may choose to have the balance amortized over 15 years, with a balloon payment required at end of 3 yrs. This, obviously, would allow for lower monthly payments.

With the 5-year plan, buyers may also opt to pay off the loan balance sooner with no prepayment penalty.  As an alternative, buyers may choose to have the balance amortized over 10 years, again, with a balloon payment at the end of the five-yr. term. 

Charges for all three plans include the standard escrow closing costs paid to the title company based on cost of the property.  Escrow closings and service fees are handled by Pioneer Title Agency, and are shown below:

  • Account Setup - $100.00

  • Monthly Service fee - $10.00

  • NSF Check charge - $25.00

  • Late Notice Reminders - $10.00
